| Steve Vaughan and Rick
Lockwood formed an acoustic duo called "Glass Onion"
in the spring of 2000. In 2002, they decided to "plug in"
and add a drummer (excuse us... THE drummer ) and call themselves
"Earthbound Misfits ".
STEVE VAUGHAN - BASS AND VOCALS
Steve was born in the U.S. but spent most of his life in Britian.
When he was 15 he began performing in various acts across the
U.K. and founded "Southside", a distinctly blues based
brit-pop flavored trio. "Southside" headlined a local
musicians concert on ITV, Anglia Television, London in the mid
1990's.
Steve, originally a guitarist, has switched to bass for the current
EBM lineup.
RICK LOCKWOOD - GUITAR AND VOCALS
Rick has been performing since he was 10 years old. He was a
founding member of "Mayfield Stew " which toured southern
California exstensively in the early ninety's. He relocated to
Massachussetts in 1997 where he started instructing and playing
in the local band "Seven".
Rick is currently the owner of The
Guitar Shop in Falmouth, Ma which opened in April, 2004 where
he teaches guitar as well as bass.
JIM BEAUCHAINE - DRUMS AND PERCUSSION
The majority of Jim's career to date has been spent in the dynamic
music scene of Providence, Rhode Island where he has been called
upon to play in dozens of regional touring bands. These acts opened
shows for Steppenwolf, The Tubes, Roomfull of Blues, and John
Cafferty and the Beaver Brown band. During the early 1990's Jim
was a member of the band "Slow Drive" which was awarded
the honor of "Best New Blues Artist" in the Providence
Pheonix Readers' Poll.
Jim has also lent his percussive talents to a variety of local
and regional theater productions, as well as showcasing original
music with several Boston-based bands at New York's famed "Bitter
End" club.
